シュネーでは、ご予約をメールでお受けするように致しました。
本来は、お電話での会話をしたいのですが、農作業、料理の仕込み等で電話での受付が難しくなってきました。
農作業や料理の仕込みなどでメールも気付くのが遅くなってしまうことが多々あります。
必ずいただいたご連絡の順番通りに、ご返信、ご予約させていただきます。
すみませんが、ご了承よろしくお願いいたします。
ご予約を前振り込みとさせていただきます。
お部屋代を前払いにてお振込いただき次第、本予約完了となります。
金額や振込先、詳細をメールにてご連絡いたします。
振り込みを確認次第、予約を完了させていただきます。
（いただいたお部屋代はキャンセルしても、ご返金いたしませんので、ご承知の上ご予約をお願いいたします。）
＊12月〜5月のスキーシーズンなどの繁忙期は、
ご予約の日にちの変更でもご返金できませんので、よろしくお願いします。
メールが難しい方は、お電話ください。詳細などお伝えいたします。

About reservation
The reservation will be completed as soon as the room charge is paid in advance.
> We will contact you by email with the amount, transfer method, and other details.
> We will complete the reservation after confirming the payment of the room fee from the customer.
> (Please be aware that even if you cancel or date change the room charge you have paid, it will not be refunded.)

冬のご予約について
私たちのペンションは．．．
野沢温泉スキー場の真ん中に位置します。
もちろん，スキーイン／スキーアウトという絶好のロケーションです。
その為，お客様に停めていただく駐車場やバス停から離れたところにあります。
チェックイン／アウトの際
バスやタクシーでお越しのお客様は遊ロード（動く歩道/無料）をご利用ください。
遊ロードの降り場からペンションまでは歩いて5分ほどですが、降り場からの道のりは圧雪した雪上を歩きます。
ご都合の悪い場合は遊ロードに乗る前にお電話をいただければ、
遊ロードの降り場までお迎えにあがります。
悪天候や沢山のお荷物があったり、御高齢又は、小さなお子様など徒歩の移動が困難な方はご相談ください。
お車でお越しのお客様は村内の「柄沢第二駐車場」にお車をお停め下さい。
その後お電話をいただければお迎えにあがります。（7時30分から20時まで 時間外はご相談ください）
（ご到着時間が予めわかる様でしたら事前にお知らせいただくとお迎えがスムーズの場合があります。）
チェックインの際、お車にお忘れ物等された場合の再送迎ができません。ペンションの送迎車へのお乗り換えの際はご注意ください。
チェックアウト送迎可能時間（7時30分から15時まで）
スキー場との約束で、送迎はチェックイン、アウトの際のみとなります。
野沢温泉スキー場の方針により雪上走行車の利用を極力控えています。
大変申し訳ございませんが，滞在中に温泉街に出掛ける際は遊ロード（動く歩道/日中のみ運行／無料）、夕方以降は徒歩（行きは下り約１５分／帰りは上り約２０分）となりますがご理解ご協力をお願いいたします。
送迎は最善を尽くしますが、時にお待たせする事があります。
特殊な立地の為お客様にはご不便をお掛けいたしますが、どうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。
About our lodge-
We are located in the Nozawaonsen ski resort...
That means...we are placed at the front of the ski slope and you may ski in and out to our place.
Located in the middle of Nozawa Onsen ski resort.
Of course, it's a perfect ski-in/ski-out location.
Therefore, it is located far away from the parking lot and bus stop where customers park.
When checking in/out,
If you are arriving by bus or taxi, please use the Yu Road (moving walkway/free of charge).
It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the Yu Road drop off point to the pension, but the path from the drop off point involves walking on compacted snow.
If it is inconvenient, please call us before riding the Yu Road.
We will pick you up at the Yu Road drop off point.
Please contact us if you have difficulty walking due to bad weather, a lot of luggage, elderly people, or small children.
If you are coming by car, please park your car at Karasawa 2nd Parking Lot in the village.
After that, please call us and we will come to pick you up. (From 7:30 to 20:00, please contact us for out of hours)
(If you know your arrival time in advance, we may be able to pick you up more smoothly if you let us know in advance.)
If you leave something behind in your car during check-in, we will not be able to pick you up again. Please be careful when transferring to the pension shuttle car.

In accordance with Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort's policy, we refrain from using snow vehicles as much as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you wish to go to the hot spring town during your stay, you will have to use the walking path (moving walkway/operates only during the day/free of charge), and walk after evening (about 15 minutes downhill/about 20 minutes uphill on the way back). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We will do our best to provide transportation, but sometimes you may have to wait.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause due to our unique location, and appreciate your understanding.

お車でお越しのお客様
夏季・・・お車でシュネーまでお越しいただけます。駐車場無料。
冬季・・・スキー場の中に位置するため、スキー場の柄沢第二駐車場にお停め下さい。(料金別途 ¥1500/泊、２泊目よりプラス¥500 2020年)
こちらより、キャタピラの車かスノーモービルでお迎えにあがります。
駐車場にご到着する約15分前にお電話いただくとスムーズです。
お電話いただいた際に、どのように送迎するか。混み具合、待ち時間などお伝えいたします。
スキー場を通るため、お時間掛かりますのでご了承ください。
新幹線でお越しのお客様
飯山駅より「野沢温泉ライナー」をお使い下さい。
夏季・・・バス停終点野沢温泉までお越しください。
夏季でも、遊ろーど（動く歩道）が動いている場合がございます。
お荷物少ない場合、温泉街散策を兼ねて歩いて来られる場合15分〜20分ほどで着きます。
お電話いただきましたら、お迎えにあがります。
冬季・・・お荷物少ない場合、できるだけ徒歩でのお越しをお願いしております。
バス停終点野沢温泉に着きましたら、温泉街を散策しながら、遊ろーどという動く歩道をお使い下さい。
遊ろーどを使う場合、ちょうど温泉街の中心を歩いて来れます。
＊真湯ペアリフトは、廃止となりました。
お身体が不自由な方、高齢者の方、子供が小さいという方はお迎えに上がりますので、お電話ください。
その際、野沢温泉ライナーに乗る前にお電話ください。
バス停はN2の「新田」（しんでん）というバス停でお降りください。
＊冬の送迎は、チェックイン・アウトの際しかできませんので、ご了承ください。
＊冬季、宅急便をお使いの方は、1日1回のみの集荷となるため、最低でも、前の日には着くようにお送りください。
